Information collected

The checker may collect name, contact details, preferred contact method, property location, relationship category, desired outcome, user-selected title and probate stages, authority category, occupancy, family-alignment category, condition, timing pressure, preferred property or interest path, consent, source domain, and a short non-private note.

How information is used

Information is used to respond, route a human review, create controlled intake records, prevent duplicates, maintain compliance evidence, and measure non-PII site performance. Public answers are not used to make automated legal, tax, title, court, creditor, ownership, or authority decisions.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security, tax, bank, loan, account, case, or document numbers; exact values or balances; death certificates; wills; trusts; deeds; Letters; court filings; family allegations; privileged communications; or document images through the public checker.

Tracking choices

Essential storage may support site operation. Analytics and embedded media stay off until allowed where a choice is presented. PII and probate answers must not enter analytics.

SMS privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for communications the user separately requests. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
